Tutorial Redo - Colorful Garbage ATCs!

Hi all! Just popping in to let you know that I was lucky enough to be a guest poster on Julie Fei-Fan Balzer's blog today as part of her 10-year Blogiversary celebration! I got to do a tutorial redo, and while it was hard to pick from among her many fabulous tutorials, I decided to put my own spin on her Colorful Garbage ATCs.
