Hi all! Welcome to day 2 of the blog hop with The Artist Tribe at Gwen Lafleur Studios! Today we have three more fabulous projects to share, bursting with inspiration!
First up, Sandee Setliff is sharing some beautiful ocean-themed art journaling:
The way she incorporated the Stupendous Sea Life collage cut-outs into the page with the stamped words and her fabulous background is super inspiring!
Next, Linda Edkins Wyatt made one of her amazing mixed media paper dolls:
Linda has discovered the healing and therapeutic value of participating in activities that made us happy as children, and for her this includes the simple joy of making paper dolls. Of course, her efforts have evolved into art dolls which come complete with crazy hats, crowns, shoes, mismatched clothing, and often with wings to help them soar!
For this doll, Linda used Florentine paper sheets, (for smaller projects like this, the sampler packs would be ideal!) plus the Beautiful Butterflies and Wondrous Wings collage sheets.
Finally, Jill McDowell is back with a stunning art journal page! She, in her own words, has a tendency to become rather fixated on some things, (or so she's told...) One of those things is apparently my Ornamental Peacock stencil and today, along with her new project, she's sharing 9 other projects she's done with this stencil in the past!
In addition to the peacock stencil, she used four other designs from my stencil collections:
- Art Deco Sunburst Background & Art Deco Borders stencils
- Decorative Curvy Medallion Stencil
- Ornamental Compass Screen
Whew! That's a lot of eye candy! I hope you're feeling as inspired as I am by all of the projects this week, and thanks so much for joining us on our first blog hop!
Of course, today also means you have three more chances to enter the GIVEAWAY!
One lucky winner will receive $20 Gift Card to the Shop at Gwen Lafleur Studios! All you need to do to enter is leave a comment on any or all of the blog posts during the hop - the more blogs you comment on, the more chances you have to win! (One comment per person per blog please.)

Oh goodness the artists represented here are doing divine work. Brought back memories to see Linda's paper doll. I think I first met her through the love of paper dolls. Thanks for a chance to win..and to do a Blog hop. I haven't done one in a good while. Fun!
